As a participant in our program, you will operate as an independent contractor under a 1099-MISC arrangement, not as an employee.

All individuals interested in joining our organization as associates are required to obtain a state insurance license in their respective state. This process includes undergoing state-mandated fingerprinting and background checks to ensure compliance with licensing requirements.

Success in this role requires dedication and continuous improvement. Associates are expected to engage in daily training to build skills in marketing to warm, cold, and unknown markets, enhancing their ability to generate leads and grow their client base.
